Our website and newsletter system does not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. DansBrabant processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- To be able to email you if necessary to carry out our services.

Automated decision-making
DansBrabant does not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems, without a person (e.g. an employee of DansBrabant) being involved. DansBrabant uses the following computer programmes or systems:
- Website in WordPress for communication objectives, without personal tracking
- MailChimp newsletter system for sending a newsletter (aver. 12 per year), unsubscribe can be done at the bottom of each newsletter
- Address database for managing address data provided by you or publicly available

How long we keep personal data
DansBrabant will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties
DansBrabant shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. DansBrabant remains responsible for this processing.

This is to protect your privacy. DansBrabant will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
