After 2 full classes in October, training classes continue with a class by Celine Werkhoven on 9 October. Celine is part of SKYPUNCH COLLECTIVE and has previously worked with us in the studio through the Makershuis Tilburg. Now she is back to share her knowledge.

About the lesson:
Inspired by the multitude of physical and emotional states we go through every day in our human experience, this class guides you through a physical path full of contrasting qualities and dynamics. Celine takes you through her exploration of transformation in the body, giving form to what moves within. The class combines improvisational exercises with set material that comes from contemporary dance and floorwork, leaving room to approach movement from a sensory input as well as from a more technical angle. Playfulness, imagination, opening the senses and fast dynamic transitions are key elements, as is the use of breathing, rhythm and sometimes voice. Expect lots of changing shapes and a joyous physical rollercoaster.
