Training lesson #13 Noëmi Wagner
In collaboration with Alienated and Jelena Kostiç
Alienated's training classes start again at the end of September. After the summer break, it's time to get back into training! And we hope you will join us again.
The new season kicks off with two classes by Noëmi Wagner, regular dancer with Jelena Kostiç. She will teach on 23 and 30 September from 9.30-11.00.
Nice to know that Jelena is currently at work on her new show Unease and that these classes are also the warm-up for Jelena and her dancers. So a cool time to connect with them!
Monday 30 September, 09:30 - 11:00
DansBrabant, Tilburg, Netherlands
About the lesson:
Noëmi's class focuses on exploring how the spine/spinal column guides the body in movement. First, we absorb the impulses we receive from the ground by pushing and pulling with hands and feet. Then we let these impulses flow throughout the body to create dynamic and fluid movements in the hips and spine. Let your natural instinct lead the way!
Noëmi has a wealth of experience as a dancer and teacher. She has worked with De Dansers and Arno Schuitemaker. She also teaches regularly at Fontys and Artez.
Price: €12.50 + €0.15 (administration fee)
