In August and September, the Makers Sessions of Makershuis Tilburg can be seen again in the Binnentuin of Theatre de Nieuwe Vorst. On 28 August, Alesya Dobysh will be featured with a duet DOVYE.

As dancers and friends, Alesya Dobysh and Marina Pravkina decided on a long-term collaboration for their choreographic research. In shaping their material, they draw inspiration from the abstraction and deconstruction of footwork patterns from House Dance and UK Jazz Fusion. To explore their interdependence, the performers construct rules together and play obscure games, finding new ways to complement each other's physicality and its limitations.
DVOYE is part of the Makers Sessions evenings at the New Forest. During these evenings, we work with a Pay what you want system. You decide what you want and can pay afterwards. Any amount, however small, makes the theatre and the young makers happy and helps them to keep presenting the work.
